In these Terms:
BossFree provides custom AI automation services including but not limited to:
The specific scope of services, AI skills included, and deliverables will be set out in a written proposal or Service Agreement provided before your subscription begins.
Monthly retainer: The Service is billed monthly in advance. The amount is as agreed in your Service Agreement (starting from RM 1,000/month depending on your plan).
Payment method: Payment is due by the agreed date each month, via bank transfer or any method mutually agreed in writing.
Late payment: Invoices unpaid after 14 days may result in suspension of the Service. BossFree will provide 3 days' written notice before suspension.
Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any price increase. You may cancel without penalty if you do not accept the new price.
No surprise fees: There are no setup fees, hidden charges, or per-message fees beyond your agreed monthly retainer, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
30-day satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of going live, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment. To claim a refund, email hello@bossfree.co within 30 days of your AI Agent going live.
After 30 days: Monthly fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced, except where BossFree has materially failed to deliver the agreed service.
Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued where the service issue was caused by: changes to your WhatsApp account by Meta or your BSP, incorrect information provided by you during setup, or third-party system outages outside BossFree's control.
Minimum commitment: Services are provided on a monthly rolling basis with no minimum contract period, unless otherwise stated in your Service Agreement.
Cancellation notice: Either party may terminate the Agreement by giving 30 days' written notice via WhatsApp or email.
Effect of cancellation: Upon cancellation, BossFree will:
Immediate termination: BossFree may terminate the Agreement immediately and without refund if you violate Section 7 (Acceptable Use) or Section 9 (WhatsApp Policy Compliance).
Your data: All business data you provide — product catalogues, pricing, customer records, order history written to Google Sheets — belongs to you. BossFree makes no claim to your business data.
AI Agent infrastructure: The AI Agent code, system architecture, prompt engineering, and automation frameworks built by BossFree remain the intellectual property of BossFree. You have a licence to use the Agent for the duration of your subscription.
Configuration exports: Upon your request and at contract end, BossFree will provide documentation of your AI Agent's configuration (product mappings, rules, workflows) in a readable format so you can rebuild or migrate.

Your use of the Service is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your business use case complies with these policies. BossFree will advise you during setup on any compliance concerns but is not liable for account restrictions imposed by Meta on your WhatsApp Business Account.
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:
These limitations do not apply to losses caused by BossFree's fraud or gross negligence.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any business information, pricing, technical configurations, and client data shared during the engagement. BossFree will not disclose your business setup, product catalogue, or client identity to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by WhatsApp or email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
